Introduction
Microduino is a platform that allows a creator to assemble an electronics project with basic building modules. It is derived from the open source Arduino project. Microduino's programmming IDE, Arduino for Microduino, is an extension of the official Arduino IDE.
Microduino aims to simplify the assembly of electronics projects by providing reusable modular connectable hardware. Microduino's system consists of several module types. Each of which serves a specific function. These types include core, function, communication, and extension modules.
There are currently two Microduino hardware series. The original Microduino Series and the mCookie Series. The Microduino IDE has support for programming both series.
